Cooking up something special + Sit & Write #72

Greetings, friends!

I'm back in the kitchen again this week. This time, it's for a holiday cookie sale! I'm baking the gf/vegan pack. I'm still deciding on the recipes but I think it will be a trio of chocolate chip, gingersnap, and lemon poppyseed cookies--all big and chewy. All proceeds from this fundraiser will go to Franny Lou's Porch, a Black-owned coffee shop and community space that is striving to buy their building in Kensington and expand their community programming/survive the pandemic.
