Greetings, friends!
I had a great week showing my out-of-town friends around Philly. Nothing like playing tourist to remind me why I like living here. I had the full experience—got a ticket from PPA, got stuck in Center City traffic, went to Bok Bar, had some water (wooder) ice, ate an entire cheesesteak, and went to the Mütter Museum. Not in that order, of course.
In other news, I’m feeling just about ready to pick my novel back up and start the editing process. I think about it frequently, but not in the obsessive way I did a few weeks ago when I was still in the thick of it. I’m going to start by rereading the whole thing, which is a bigger job than it sounds.
Also, I’m still looking for volunteers to help me do a virtual test run of “workshop roulette.” The basic concept is that all attendees will put their names in a figurative hat, and one …
