Hello friends!

This is gonna be a long one, but I'll make it worth your while! Keep reading for recommended events, a super short story, and a writing prompt.

Zach and I had a wonderful vacation in Asbury Park. Both of us were admittedly still in stressy work-mode when we arrived, but the concierge showered us in confetti when she learned it was our anniversary, which changed everything. For the record, if you are ever feeling stressed or anxious, try tossing up some confetti. You'll be a new person in no time. There should really be some kind emergency confetti-release system in every home and workplace in case morale needs boosting. Note to self: When president, establish emergency confetti fund.

We played pinball at the Silverball Museum, ate expensive, farm-to-table meals at Instagram-worthy restaurants, and even spent time people/dog-watching on the sunny beach. It was so restorative to get out of town and just explore a new place without a set schedule.
