Greetings, friends!
Last week's therapy intake was promising, thank goodness. No way to know whether it's a perfect fit until a few more sessions, but for now, I'm optimistic and excited to get started. Which, lucky for you, means I have nothing to rant about today. So instead, I'll just tell you about some upcoming literary events in Philly, as well as a call (or two) for submissions.

First and foremost, the 20th Sit & Write session was a big success, with new people (hi, if you're reading this!) and familiar faces joining in. I wrote a little interstitial chapter (more of a paragraph really) and just over half of a longer, real chapter. Progress! The next session takes place this Saturday, 11/2, same place and time.
