Sit and Write (f.k.a. "shut up and write") #2 - Wednesday

Hi pals,

Saturday's "Shut up and write" was a success! I finished chapter 3 of the novel, which I've been slowly chipping away at for MONTHS. Which is good because lord am I tired of the scene I was writing. I was joined by 3 friends from the workshop I did back in February, and their company kept me on-task and motivated. Thank you all for being there! We also discussed a rebrand since our original title was taken by some pre-existing group. These sessions will now be called "Sit and Write," which Navneet pointed out was a much better acronym. SAW it is!

To build on Saturday's success, this Wednesday after work I'll be writing at the 40th street library on Walnut Street:

SAW #2, Weds. May 8th, Walnut Street West Public Library, 201 S. 40th St. 5:30pm-8:00pm. 

Reminders: 

1) This is a drop-in event. You can come or leave whenever you want. 
2) The venue staff has ZERO info about this, so they will just look confused if you ask them for help finding me. I will be upstairs at a big table, if …
